Limited Permit MHC and/or Licensed MSW Part/Full-time Position

We are looking for an exceptional Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our practice under supervision. What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy while maintaining a manageable, agreed-upon caseload (seeing approximately 25 patients per week).
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and craft personalized treatment plans with measurable goals (reviewed twice annually).
Master the art of crisis management with our full support—creating safety plans and coordinating directly with our clinical leadership when acute needs arise.
Utilize our practice management EHR to seamlessly manage your calendar and collaborate with our incredible administrative team.

What We Offer (The Logistics & Support):

This is a W2 part or full-time hourly position.
Dedicated Supervision: You will never be left on an island. We provide weekly supervision to help you actively work toward your New York State licensure, limited CEU support, case consultation, and team trainings.

The Requirements:

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
Must be able to obtain or already have an active LMSW or MHC-LP, or be immediately eligible to apply for a Limited Permit upon hire (employment is contingent upon permit issuance)
Live in New York State
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience/internship.
An unshakable commitment to HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Tech-readiness (comfort with electronic health records, Google Workspace, etc.).
